Cancelling Before Dispatch
Customers can request to cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase or before the item has been shipped — whichever condition occurs first.

Once your cancellation request is confirmed as eligible, the full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders That Have Been Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you may still request a return after receiving the product, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
