Cancelling Before Dispatch 
Customers can request to cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase or before the item has been shipped — whichever condition occurs first. 

To proceed with the cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email with your order details. 

Once your cancellation request is confirmed as eligible, the full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Orders That Have Been Shipped 
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you may still request a return after receiving the product, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Change Requests 
At present, we are unable to modify items or update addresses once an order has been placed. If you wish to make any changes, please cancel the existing order (if still eligible) and place a new order with the desired details.
